21-year-old Felipe Rivero has enjoyed a breakout season in 2012, one that has seen him be named to both the Midwest League All-Star Game and the MLB Futures Game. Despite his success this year, the Venezuelan lefty continues to work diligently on his game with Hot Rods pitching coach Bill Moloney.
