Kyle Conley's three home runs and nine RBIs in week 8 led the Double-A Cardinals back to within one game under .500 overall. The club finished a strong road trip with a 4-2 record on the week.

Consistency is something the Springfield Cardinals have been searching for all year. Ironically, the Double-A birds are finding it during the time of year when the roster is rapidly changing.
